Could it be true are home prices finally starting to slow down? It appears that the housing market in Sacramento is starting to peak for the season. It is normal this time of year for housing prices to take a dip price wise. It’s always better to sell your home during the prime selling season no matter what the housing market is doing. You will always receive more for your home. Anything to add?
